WHO IS IN CONTROL?
The beginning of 2016 has come and gone and we find ourselves facing the reality that much of what we planned, the goals we set, and the people we promised to help did not occur. Don’t give up, all is not lost. There is still time to regroup, make changes and have real success in our lives. The choices we make determine the outcome.
We were supposed to be in charge of every aspect of our lives. Our plans are noble and we mean well but life can change so fast that we look at our situations and wonder, how did these things occur? We think we are in control of everything but circumstances beyond our control so often determine the outcome. Our lives are not simple but are represented by various facets of our experiences. The BPOS Foundation (Be Part of the Solution) is advocating that we always have an opportunity to make choices that benefit the whole rather than just the few.
Our lives are led by the choices we make and divided into 5 areas like the rays of a brilliant star. The divisions are: Physical, Mental, Educational, Social, and Financial which represent these five rays. We must acknowledge that Spirit however is the radiating hub that governs and makes these five divisions work.
We have our Physical ray of life which represents our health and well-being. In what state do we find our body and overall health? Is it racked with pain and discomfort needing assistance from doctors and family and others or is it a perfect example good health? We may have tried many possible solutions to cure or bring relief to unhealthy situations in our bodies such as exercise, healthy eating, and even state of the art medicines and technology. We may not always have an answer to our conditions.
Mentally we choose what we want to read, as well as what we choose to hear and what we want to look at. Do we take the time to positively use our imagination to sour to creative heights above? Our minds are so incredible that if we can conceive the thoughts and believe the thoughts, then with work and due diligence we may be able to achieve tremendous things.
Education is ever being changed and updated, second by second. We must stay abreast of new technology and learn as much as we can. Take advantage of educational opportunities as they come along.
Social interaction is at an all-time high with social media but how social are we as human beings? We have much to do to make this world a safer and kinder place. Choose your friends wisely. There is nothing like the human touch.
Financially we must use money wisely. Budget and don’t forget to pay yourself as well as looking out for others less fortunate than yourself. Choose financial opportunities wisely, they can make or break you.
Lastly to answer, “Who is in Control?”. We think we are in control but “Infinite Intelligence” is guiding us in every decision. We need to ask for inner guidance in all that we do. This is real control.
