BPOS Strategic Initiatives
During the beginning of 2020 and beyond the "the BPOS Foundation" will be working toward the following initiatives: (WEEKEND academy PLANNED FOR mid 2020 TEACHING FINANCIAL LITERACY, leadership, entrepreneurship AND PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT.)
BPOS WILL CONDUCT PROGRAMS THAT COINCIDE WITH CIVIL RIGHTS DAYS OF REMEMBRANCE THROUGHOUT THE YEAR AND ESPECIALLY IN FEBRUARY WHEN BLACK HISTORY MONTH OFFICIALLY BEGINS BY, SHARING INFORMATION WITH SCHOOLS, CHURCHES, AND OTHER ORGANIZATIONS
* WILL DEVELOP AND CONDUCT FAMILY UNITY SEMINARS TO STRENGTHEN AND EMPOWER FAMILIES IN ALL AREAS OF THEIR LIVES, ESPECIALLY IN AREAS OF POSITIVE THINKING AND MOTIVATION ALONG WITH SPIRITUAL AND FINANCIAL EMPOWERMENT.
WE ARE CURRENTLY MAKING PLANS TO HOLD A WEEKEND COLLEGE FOR FAMILIES WANTING TO BETTER THEMSELVES IN ALL AREAS THAT BPOS SUPPORTS. WE HOPE TO CONDUCT IT AS AN ACADEMY OPEN ON SATURDAYS FOR FAMILY ENRICHMENT. THIS SHOULD BE IN EFFECT BY LATE SPRING 2020. WE ARE CURRENTLY LOOKING FOR AN OFFICE OR BUILDING. WE ARE ALSO PROMOTING "THE LIFE LEADERSHIP OPPORTUNITY, AS ONE OF THE BEST PROCESSES AND SYSTEMS, FOR A FAMILY ORIENTED BUSINESS."
* WE WILL DEVELOP INITIATIVES WITHIN SCHOOLS, CHURCHES AND COMMUNITY ORGANIZATIONS THAT HONOR THOSE WHO MAKE A DIFFERENCE
* WE WILL DEVELOP ADULT PROGRAMS TO IMPROVE SELF ESTEEM WITH OUR MENTORING PROGRAM WHICH WILL INCREASE CONFIDENCE AND EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES FOR FAMILIES .
MENTORING PROGRAM
THE OUTCOME OF SUCCESSFUL MENTORING
The "BPOS LEADERSHIP PROGRAM" is looking for volunteers to work with your male and female students, to make positive changes to enhance their future and life in general. We will require dedicated family involvement in order to make this wonderful program work. Together we will guide and share in all success. WE ARE SEEKING MATURE VOLUNTEERS WHO SHARE OUR EXCITEMENT TO FACILITATE THE "BPOS SUCCESS ACADEMY" WE LOOK FORWARD TO SPREADING THE LIGHT . WE NEED CHURCHES IN THE COMMUNITY TO SUPPORT OUR MENTORING PROGRAM FOR ALL STUDENTS AND FAMILIES. EVERY PROGRAM WILL BENEFIT THE CHURCH AND ITS MEMBERSHIP CONGREGATION, SPIRITUALLY, EDUCATIONALLY AND FINANCIALLY.
We will empower all students and parents by helping them do the following:
*set goals,
*hear and discuss ideas from positive and motivational books and audio and videotapes from successful people.
*keep a journal of daily progress and lessons learned
*maintain a dream book or vision board for themselves and their families.
In each lump of coal nurtured with time, concern, and knowledge, there will develop a Diamond anxious to shine forth sharing its brilliant facets of success.

BPOS AWARD RECOGNITION FOR ELEMENTARY, MIDDLE AND HIGH SCHOOLS. ENROLL YOUR SCHOOL.
Enroll your school to participate in a yearly essay/debate contest for elementary, middle, or high school students. Students will write about and debate how they have become a part of the solution in their school and or community and made a difference in helping to improve the lives of others or themselves in the current year. Enroll your school now for the 2020 school year. Enrollment fee is $25.00 per grade enrolled.
Winners will be recognized at a yearly program where they will be acknowledged and awarded with an award of recognition, as well as a special gift for the school..

Plans are currently being evaluated for an iPod talk show, which will have positive motivating principles for success as well as special guest from time to time. We will also highlight those contributing to the community or who have used the BPOS success programs with their testimonies. These individuals will share how their families have become empowered by their actions, enabling themselves and/or their families to succeed.
Churches and schools are encouraged to designate someone within their school or congregation, who is the BPOS Winner of the Month. We are excited to soon sponsor our own podcast. We may be calling on you to be a guest.
