October, November, December, about 90 days from now a new year emerges
How did you treat 2012?

Thank God for bringing us to the end of 2012. Even though we have only about 90 days left we can end 2012 with a blast. Putting behind all the negative things that may have occurred in the first months of 2012, we look forward to new opportunities to be creative and to dig down deep to become and do the best we can do. This is the time. We remember the saying "it's not how you begin the race, it's how you finish." During these months, wear warm clothing, protect yourself from the elements, and the extreme temperatures by staying inside on those days which may prove to be too nippy especially if snow and ice are prevalent weather conditions of the month in your area.
Find a good book, get into your favorite chair, or curl up in your bed with your favorite pillow or stuffed animal. Turn on the space heater or increase the temperature on the thermostat and enjoy your quiet moments as you get lost in your favorite story.
The economy is still sluggish but shows signs of picking up in spite of our daily media blitz of who is going to be our next president in this election, November 6, 2012. Our state of mind depends on us and our perception of what we are listening to, what we are viewing and how we react to it. Whatever is the current topic for the day, it is our choice to listen or not to listen and then to reject or accept what can help us. If we have procrastinated most of the year we know why our goals were not met. Our attitude now should be to give time and energy to whatever is needed to make the end of this year what we want it to be. We must be in total control in order to take over our thoughts which can cause us to do things that we were not prepared to do, but if we execute these thoughts they can catapult us to the next level.
We are in the midst of greatness. Our own greatness can only be evidences if we acknowledge from whom this greatness comes. Don't be fooled into the false realization that you alone are responsible for your existence. You are not.
There is a greater connection to this universe than we realize. No man is an island. We, at one time or another, will need something or someone. Claim the beauty that is shared with you and create beauty of your own to be shared with the universe. God is still in control.
Until next time, Stay cool and be blessed.
